Can I speak or type?
You can record your response or type it. The AI colleague replies in turn, so you have time to consider what to say next.
How long does a rehearsal take?
You set the pace. Stay for a few exchanges so the AI has enough of your conversation to give useful feedback. You can finish once your coaching report is available.
What will my report include?
A summary, strengths, areas to improve, and alternative responses based on your transcript. Your feedback covers empathy, clarity, directness, coaching effectiveness, and next steps.
Do I need an account?
You can browse the scenarios and briefings before signing in. An account is needed to save your rehearsal and receive your coaching report. Sign in or create an account.
What access is available?
LeaderLabs is in early access, with individual rehearsal and coaching available. View current access information.
What happens to my conversation?
Your transcript and coaching report can be saved with your account so you can review them later. Use realistic context without including confidential company information or unnecessary personal details. Read the privacy information.
