Your practice data.

LeaderLabs processes what you share to run rehearsals and generate coaching. Use fictional names and leave out confidential company information and unnecessary personal details.

During your rehearsal

Your scenario, optional context and submitted conversation are sent to AI services to generate replies, suggested wording and coaching. If you record a response, the audio is sent for transcription so you can review the words before sending them as your reply. Typing lets you rehearse without using the microphone.

Setup details and drafts, including unsent wording, are kept in this browser when storage is available. Rehearsal drafts stop being resumable 24 hours after their last edit. Expired drafts are cleaned up when the app next checks them; closing the site does not erase browser storage immediately.

Pending recordings are temporarily kept in the current tab for retry or download. They are not part of your saved report or practice-data export, and reloading or closing the tab can lose them.

When you save a report

Your email and profile identify your account. After you finish and sign in, your scenario, practice context, conversation and coaching report are saved with that account. Saved history has no automatic expiry in the current early-access service.

Other members cannot browse your history. Authorised LeaderLabs administrators have access to saved practice data for service administration and support.

Optional pilot feedback

If you submit the feedback form, Supabase stores your answers, selected scenario, whether you came from a report, submission time and account link. Authorised LeaderLabs administrators can review and export all responses to improve the app. Your transcript, recording and coaching report are not automatically attached. Avoid names and confidential work details in written answers.

Visit Feedback to download or delete your responses. Feedback has no automatic expiry during early access; deleting your account also removes its feedback from the live database. Downloaded copies and provider backups are separate and are not automatically erased. You can contact support for other removal requests.

Services that process your data

Vercel hosts the web app. Supabase handles accounts, saved practice data and server functions. OpenAI processes rehearsal text and audio and generates coaching and speech. Resend delivers account confirmation and password-reset emails.

These services may also process connection details, request timing, errors and security records. Their retention practices differ from your saved history. See OpenAI’s API data controls for its processing and retention information.

Download or remove your practice

In Account, use Download practice data for your profile, saved conversations, coaching reports and available drafts belonging to this account in this browser.

Delete a saved rehearsal from Coaching reports to remove its saved conversation and report. Browser drafts are separate: use Discard draft in the rehearsal library or room. Files you downloaded remain on your device until you remove them.

Use Delete account in Account to permanently remove your account, saved conversations and coaching reports after confirming your password. This signs out your sessions and attempts to clear your account’s drafts in this browser. Remove drafts on other devices and downloaded files there. Administrator accounts need their access removed by another administrator first.

Deleting a rehearsal or account does not automatically erase providers’ operational records or retained administrative audit entries. For other data requests, contact support@leaderlabs.io.
